This monday we started our second week of Caliber Cycles fourth edition. Russian volume training, clean pulls, front squats, kettlebells, and Wendler bulgarian split squats still to come.

  2. Thank you for doing these videos. It’s always so motivating to see everyone– the people you don’t see day to day in your own work out times. I do wish, with all my heart, you had Jamie’s bubble gum on camera. Alas.
